Smith Goggles are less than one
year old
Your Smith goggles are warrantied against manufacturing defects (as determined
by Smith Optics) for one year from the date of purchase. Smith will replace
or repair, at our discretion, any product proving to be defective. This
warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse of the product, lack
of reasonable care, user-caused scratches, pitts or broken lenses , accidents
or loss of the product.
Smith goggles are
more than one year old
If your Smith Goggles are older than one year, Smith will replace or repair
them at a charge to you, the consumer.
Where to send your
goggles for repair/replacement?
If you wish to have your goggles repaired, please return them via UPS
or any other method that allows them to be insured and traced if lost,
directly to:

Please include a note with instructions, your name and a UPS Return address
(no PO Boxes), a daytime phone number, and either a photocopy of your
receipt (as proof of the product being less than one year old) or your
MC, VISA or AMEX number, expiration date (we do not take personal checks).
Allow 2-3 weeks for replacement and return.

Will you replace the deteriorating foam
in my Smith goggles?
In most cases, deteriorating foam means the goggles are older or they
were damp when stored away. Foam cannot be replaced. However, Smith will
replace the goggles if they fall under the one-year manufacturers defect
warranty clause.
Will you replace
the strap on my Smith goggles?
Smith will replace the strap if the goggles fall under the one-year manufacturers
