It used to be back in the day you were never judged on your twister spread
combo or how long you could stall the screamin seamen. Rather if you had
a pair of Flex-on Comps or not and more importantly the color combination
to match your one-piece. Floss the yellow for ultimate stiffness and the
green if you prefer to mash the moguls in spring slush (apply copious
amounts of colored Zinka to the nose and lips). Owning
a pair of these puts you into a unspoken brotherhood, much like that having
a mustache. Glen Plake, Seth Morrison, Greg Tuffelmire and Mike Gutt just
to name a few. No need to high five and talk smack when the head nod is
more than appropriate.
